Steps:
- In a bowl mix flour and seasoning. Heat oil in a deep pan. Cover cube steak in flour mix.
- When oil is hot, drop in steak, cover with lid and cook about 5 minutes. Flip and cook about another 5 minutes. Cut open and make sure it's cooked all the way.
