marinade for 2 flank steaks.
1/4 cup of orange juice
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon oregano
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon orange zest
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Steps:

  • Blend in blender. Marinate steaks overnight, or four hours. Grill.
