This hearty HEALTHY LIVING recipe has everything you could ask for in a country-style quiche, from fresh asparagus to melty Swiss cheese.

Number Of Ingredients 7

2 cups cholesterol-free egg product
4 frozen BOCA Veggie Breakfast Links, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
6 fresh asparagus spears, trimmed, cut into 1/2-inch-lengths
1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN 2% Milkfat Low Fat Cottage Cheese
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Swiss Cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
1 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Combine all ingredients.
  • Pour into 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 40 to 45 min. or until center is puffed and top is golden brown.
