Steps:
- Boil Potatoes in salted water 15 minutes. Drain and cool. Cook bacon in skillet until crisp. Reserve drippings..add green bell pepper and saute for 4 minutes, add garlic and saute for 1 more minute. Place cooled potatoes on baking sheet. Crush with the palm of hand to break them open. Drizzle with olive oil, sprikle with cumin, salt and pepper. Top with bacon, cooked bell pepper and garlic, green onion, and cheeses. Broil 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
