Cruncy Fish Sticks Casserole is a perfect fall meal idea! image

Made with eggs, milk, tater tots, and lot of cheese! This Crunchy Fish Stick Casserole is ready in under 1 hour!

Number Of Ingredients 10

24 whole Gorton's Crunchy Fish Sticks (pre-baked according to the package)
16 ounces Tater Tots (pre-baked according to the package)
6 large eggs
2 cups of whole milk
1 tablespoon Frank's Red Hot Sauce
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. kosher salt
16 ounces shredded cheddar (hand grated melts the best)

Steps:

  • Pre-cook the tater tots and Gorton's Fish Sticks according to the package instructions.
  • In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, and spices until fully combined.
  • Pour egg/milk mixture into a large casserole dish.
  • Add 50% of the cooked tater tots onto the top of the egg mixture.
  • Line with 50% of the cooked fish sticks on top.
  • Add 1 cup of cheese, and repeat the process until you have another layer of tots, fish, and cheese.
  • Bake for 35-40 mins at 375 Fahrenheit or until egg are fully cooked. The casserole should feel firm when gently pressed.
