- In a large skillet over low heat, melt butter. Stir in soy sauce, onion powder, lemon pepper, and garlic powder until well blended.Add noodles, corn and oat cereals, and peanuts if desired. Stir over low heat 2 to 3 minutes until moisture is absorbed. Cool on paper towels.Store in an airtight container or in a reclosable plastic bag until ready to serve.
