Ok I adopted this recipe and I have made it my own with a couple of changes. This used to call for coconut and corflakes, I omitted the coconut because it burned on me very quick. Steps:
- 1. Blend egg, milk, Vanilla, sugar and cinnamon.
- 2. Dip bread in egg mixture, then in corn flakes
- 3. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- 4. Brown in skillet until light golden on both sides, turning once.
- 5. Serve with maple syrup and a touch of Confectioners sugar.
