Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Combine first 6 ingredients and 1/4 cup sugar; let stand 10 min. Meanwhile, mix crushed cereal, margarine and remaining sugar until blended.
- Spoon apple mixture into 1-1/2 qt. casserole. Top with cereal mixture.
- Bake 45 min. or until apples are tender.
