Crockpot Chili Cheese Dip - Easy 4 Ingredient Gluten Free Appetizer image

This is a quick 4 ingredient Crockpot chili cheese dip appetizer. Party perfect for game day, Superbowl, potlucks or any event. Gluten Free

Number Of Ingredients 4

3 cups homemade chili or 2 15.5oz cans
8 ounces cream cheese (cut into blocks)
32 oz block of Velveeta Cheese (cubed or 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese)
1/4 cup salsa

Steps:

  • Add chili to crockpot.
  • Cut blocks of cream cheese and place on top of chili.
  • Cut Velveeta into blocks and place on top of chili.
  • Pour 1/4 cup salsa on top of everything.
  • Mix everything together until combined.
  • Cook on low for 3-4 hours or high for 2 hours. Stirring once halfway through.
  • Serve with tortilla chips, veggies, corn chips, bread or hot dogs!
