Steps:
- 1. put the roast in the crock pot, I use a 6 quart oval. spray the sides of the pot with cooking spray.
- 2. mix the pork gravy mix with 1 cup of cold water. pour over roast.
- 3. add vegetables that have been cut into roughly 1" pieces or at least halved.
- 4. add 1 tsp vinegar.
- 5. no salt is needed but you may add black pepper to taste. cover. turn to high and cook 5 hours.
