Crock-Pot Pork Loin image

I got this recipe from our local news station. It is so easy and taste wonderful. My husband said it's the best pork he has ever had, and my girls love it too. You will find the Mojo in the mexican food section of your grocery store.

Time 8h5m

Yield 6 serving(s)

Number Of Ingredients 2

1 (4 -5 lb) boneless pork loin
1 (24 ounce) bottle of goya mojo criollo, marinade

Steps:

  • Cook in crockpot on low for 8 hours. Leave meat in crockpot and tear apart. It will soak up most of the juices. Meat will be so tender you can tear it apart with a fork. Serve over rice or on hamburger buns. You can add BBQ sauce but really don't need to because it is so favorful.
