Steps:
- Grease the inside of the crock pot.
- Combine cake mix, 1 1/2 cups milk, 1/2 cup vegetable oil, 3 eggs
- Beat the ingredients until smooth, at least 2 minutes
- Pour into the bottom of the crock pot
- Combine the pudding with 3 cups of milk. Mix thoroughly and pour on top of first layer.
- Microwave frosting until you are able to pour evenly onto the second layer.
- Sprinkle the chocolate chips on the top layer.
- Place the lid on the pot and cook on high for 3-3 1/2 hours or on low for 4-5 hours
- Serve hot with vanilla ice cream on top.
