Crock Pot Chicken 'n Noodles image

There are many versions of chicken and noodles out there, but this recipe may be one of the simplest we've seen. The slow cooker does all the hard work. A delicious dinner on a cold or rainy day. It's the perfect comfort food.

6-8 chicken thighs, skinless and boneless
1 bag(s) egg noodles, 12 oz
2 can(s) cream of chicken soup, 10.5 oz each
1 can(s) chicken broth, 14 oz
dash(es) salt and pepper

Steps:

  • 1. Place chicken into Crock Pot. Frozen or thawed, either is ok.
  • 2. Top chicken with the 2 cans of cream of chicken soup. Season with salt and pepper. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
  • 3. When chicken is done cooking, remove chicken to a plate and shred or dice into pieces.
  • 4. At this time, cook noodles according to package directions. Drain.
  • 5. With chicken still removed, whisk the chicken broth into the sauce in the Crock Pot. Mix until well combined.
  • 6. Add chicken and noodles to Crock Pot. Toss well so all noodles are coated. Serve.
