Crock Pot Beef Tips & Gravy image

Soooo delicious! All the taste of a home cooked meal without slaving over the stove. :)

Number Of Ingredients 8

3 pound(s) beef tips
1 - family size can campbell's cream of mushroom soup
2 - regular cans campbell's french onion soup
2 - regular cans campbell's cream of celery soup
2 teaspoon(s) beef boullion granules
3 teaspoon(s) montreal steak seasoning
2 - packages fresh baby bella mushrooms
1 - 1 pound(s) bag baby carrots

Steps:

  • Cook your beef tips in a heated pan just to brown the outsides.
  • Dump the beef tips in the crock pot with the cans of soup. Stir.
  • Cook on high for 5 hours or low for at least 8 hours. (If you want to put in veggies like mushrooms or carrots, add them in during the last couple hours of cooking.)
  • When it's done, add your bouillon and Montreal Steak seasoning to the gravy and mix well. Serve on top of mashed potatoes.
