Steps:
- 1. Place grated potatoes in a dish towel and pat completely dry.
- 2. Mix potatoes, eggs, onions, parsley together. Add enough flour to make the mixture stick together.
- 3. Fry the mixture in hot oil approx. 350 F until golden brown on both sides.
- 4. Drain on paper towels
