2 lbs shrimp
1/3 cup curry paste
1 cup rice flour
1/2 oil (for frying)
Dip
1/3 cup mango chutney
1/2 cup think yogurt

Steps:

  • Marinate shrimp in curry paste for 1 hour. Coat, in a bag, in rice flour. Fry in oil, on high heat. Dry on paper towel. Dip and eat.
