Crispy Cauliflower Nuggets with Marinara image

4 cups small cauliflower florets
1 egg
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 pkt. SHAKE 'N BAKE Seasoned Panko Seasoned Coating Mix
1 cup CLASSICO Marinara with Plum Tomatoes & Olive Oil Pasta Sauce

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400ºF.
  • Cook cauliflower in saucepan of boiling water 7 min. or until tender; drain well. Pat dry with paper towels; place in large bowl.
  • Mash cauliflower. Add egg and cheese; mix until blended. Roll into 24 balls, using about 1 Tbsp. cauliflower mixture for each. Shape each into oblong-shaped nugget.
  • Cover baking sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray. Empty coating mix into pie plate. Add cauliflower nuggets, 1 at a time, to coating mix, turning to evenly coat each nugget. Place on prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake 15 min. or until heated through, turning after 7 min. Meanwhile, heat marinara sauce as directed on label.
  • Serve cauliflower nuggets with marinara sauce.
