Crispy Butterfly Shrimp with Lemon Garlic Dip image

How to make Crispy Butterfly Shrimp with Lemon Garlic Dip

Number Of Ingredients 5

2 boxes (40oz.) SeaPak® Shrimp & Seafood Co.™ Jumbo Butterfly Shrimp
1 cup(s) sour cream
1/2 cup(s) mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. McCormick® Pure Lemon Extract
1 tsp. Lawry's® Garlic Salt

Steps:

  • Cook butterfly shrimp according to package directions. While shrimp are cooking, combine remaining ingredients to make garlic dip. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • To serve, spoon a tablespoon of dip on an appetizer plate and top with a skewered shrimp. Garnish with thinly sliced lemon wedges and chopped chives.
