CREOLE MARMALADE image

Yield 4 cups

Number Of Ingredients 5

2-4lbs banana
juice and zest of 3 limes
1-2 ounces of dark rum
3-5 cups of brown sugar
nutmeg

Steps:

  • Cut bananas into rounds. Add all ingredients, except rum and nutmeg, into pot and cook over low heat for about 15minutes. Add rum and nutmeg. Cook another 5 minutes. Bottle.
