Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease a 9x13 inch pan. Beat eggs in large bowl. Stir in melted butter, sugar and vanilla. Sift flour, salt and cocoa together and stir into the butter mixture. Spread into pan and bake 30 minutes. Cool completly. Combine butter, creme de menthe and powdered sugar, beat until creamy. Spread evenly over cooled brownie layer. Refrigerate for an hour to firm up green layer. Combine chocolate chips and butter in a small saucepan and melt over low heat, stirring constantly. Cool slightly and spread quickly and evenly over green layer. Chill until topping is firm. Cut into small squares.
