2 cups frozen vegetables
1 tablespoon margarine
1 tablespoon flour
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 cup skim milk

Steps:

  • 1. Melt margarine in saucepan over low heat. 2. Stir in flour and pepper. 3. Cook over low heat, stirring until mixture is smooth and bubbly. 4. Remove from heat. 5. Stir in milk. 6. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. 7. Boil and stir one minute. 8. Stir frozen vegetables into sauce, heat thoroughly and serve. Per serving: 2.1 g. total fat, 0.4 g. saturated fat, 52 calories
