Shallots, garlic, Dijon mustard and sherry flavor this easy cream sauce. Pecans and grapes are stirred in just before serving over sliced turkey.

Yield Makes about 2-1/2 cups or 20 servings, about 2 Tbsp. each.

Steps:
- Cook and stir shallots and garlic in margarine in medium skillet on medium-high heat until tender.
- Add cream and sherry; mix well. Bring just to a simmer. Reduce heat to medium-low; cook 4 min. or until sauce is slightly thickened, stirring constantly. (Do not boil.)
- Stir in pecans, grapes and mustard. Serve over sliced cooked turkey.
