CREAMY HERB SALAD DRESSING image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 red bell pepper, chopped
2 cups nonfat cottage cheese, drained
1/4 cup fresh basil
3 cloves garlic, coarsly chopped
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Steps:

  • In a food processor fitted with a metal blade, process all ingredients until smooth. Store leftovers in fridge for up to 1 week.
