Creamy Crockpot Hash Browns with Bacon image

Number Of Ingredients 9

2 pound(s) frozen, cubed hash brown potatoes
8 ounce(s) shredded velveeta or cheddar can be used
8 ounce(s) sour cream
1 can(s) cream of celery soup
1 can(s) cream of chicken soup
1 pound(s) bacon, cooked and crumbled. (ham would work well also)
1 large onion, chopped
1/4 cup(s) butter, melted
1/4 teaspoon(s) pepper or more to your taste

Steps:

  • Place potatoes in greased crockpot. In a bowl combine the remaining ingredients. Pour over potatoes and mix well. Cover and cook on low 4-5 hours, or until potatoes are tender and heated through.
