How to make Creamy Chocolate Frosting (for 9x13 cake)

Number Of Ingredients 5

3 C Confectioner's Sugar (powdered sugar)
2/3 C Cocoa Powder (or use Dutch process cocoa for dark chocolate flavor rather than milk chocolate)
1/2 Cup (one stick) butter or magarine, softened
6 T milk
1 tsp vanilla

Steps:

  • In a large mixing bowl, place margarine, 1 C sugar, cocoa powder, and two Tablespoons of milk. Beat until mixed well and no longer lumpy. It will be thick. Add all remaining ingredients and beat until smooth and creamy.
