Easy Pumpkin Mousse image

Quick,easy and delicious!

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 can(s) 28oz. pumpkin
1 pkg cool whip (medium size)
1 dash(es) cinnamon
1 dash(es) freshly grated nutmeg ( or dry)
1/2 tsp good vanilla extract
6 c pudding or martini glasses

Steps:

  • 1. Open the pumpkin,place in a medium mixing bowl,add vanilla,nutmeg and cinnamon.mix well. Reserve some of the cool whip for garnishing.
  • 2. Fold in the rest of the cool whip,place in serving glasses.Top with a dollop of cool whip,dust with cinnamon and chill until set and cold.Serve and enjoy!!
  • 3. Tip: If you want to get a little fancy use a piping bag with your favorite decorating tip to fill the glasses!
