1/4 teaspoon coriander seeds
1 cup salsa
1 cup vegan mayonnaise
1 chipotle in adobo sauce, diced (approx 2 tablespoons)
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Steps:

  • In a blender add coriander seeds, followed by the salsa, mayonnaise, chipotle and pepper; blend until smooth.
