Creamy Chicken & Tomato Pasta Toss image

Cream cheese brings the creamy to this 30-minute Creamy Chicken & Tomato Pasta Skillet.

3 cups farfalle (bow-tie pasta), uncooked
4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, chopped
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-size pieces
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) Italian-style diced tomatoes, undrained
4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed

Steps:

  • Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt. Meanwhile, cook bacon in large skillet on medium heat until crisp, stirring occasionally. Transfer bacon to paper towels with slotted spoon. Discard all but 1 Tbsp. drippings from skillet.
  • Add chicken to reserved drippings; cook and stir 3 min. Stir in tomatoes; cook 5 to 6 min. or until chicken is done, stirring occasionally. Add cream cheese; mix well. Cook and stir 2 min. or until cream cheese is melted.
  • Drain pasta; place in large bowl. Add sauce; toss to coat. Top with bacon.
