I trying to think of some nice comfort food for a cold evening and I came up with this, based on what I had in my pantry.

Steps:
- 1. heat cream cheese and butter over low heat, stirring until smooth.
- 2. Add garlic, onion, soup, sour cream, American cheese and milk. Stir until smooth and bring to a low simmer, then reduce heat to warm, stirring occasionally.
- 3. Cut chicken into 1 inch pieces. Heat olive oil in skillet and add chicken. Cook until chicken is lightly browned and done through.
- 4. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and mix into sauce. Fold in chicken and serve.
