CREAMY CHICKEN RICE CASSEROLE image

Number Of Ingredients 11

1 6 oz pkg long grain wild rice mix
3-4 c chopped cooked chicken
1 small onion, chopped
1 2 oz jar diced pimiento, drained
1 16 oz pkg frozen French style green beans, thawed
1 6 oz jar sliced mushrooms, drained
1 8 oz can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 10 ¾ oz can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 8 oz container sour cream
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper 1 c (4 oz) shredded Swiss of Fontina cheese

Steps:

  • Cook rice according to package directions. Combine rice and next 10 ingredients; spoon into a shallow 3 quart baking dish. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until bubbly around the edges.
