This is a rich, creamy casserole I came up with by combining a couple of different recipes and adding my own twist. The family labeled this one "a keeper".

Steps:
- 1. Combine softened cream cheese and cream of chicken soup (I microwaved it for about 45 seconds to make it easier), garlic powder and onion powder. Set aside.
- 2. Cut chicken tenders into bite size pieces and combine with frozen broccoli in 13 x 9 baking pan.
- 3. Pour soup mixture over chicken/broccoli mixture, spreading to cover completely.
- 4. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
- 5. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
- 6. Serve over rice or noodles.
