1 whole chicken (3 lb.), cut up
6 oz. (3/4 of 8 oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
1/4 cup milk
4 large poblano chiles (1 lb.), roasted, peeled, seeded and cut into strips
4 slices OSCAR MAYER Baked Cooked Ham, chopped
1 tomato, seeded, chopped

Steps:

  • Cook chicken in large skillet on medium heat 10 min. or until browned on both sides, turning occasionally. Cover; cook 10 min. or until done (165ºF.) Drain any liquid from skillet.
  • Whisk Neufchatel and milk until smooth. Stir into skillet with chiles and ham; cook, covered, on medium-low heat 2 to 3 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  • Top with tomatoes just before serving.
