Creamy Brick Spread image

From Vern's Cheese. Tip: Shred the Brick cheese when it is just out of the refrigerator and still cold.

8 ounces wisconsin brick cheese, shredded
8 ounces chive & onion cream cheese, softened
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

Steps:

  • Combine Brick cheese, cream cheese and hot pepper sauce; blend until smooth.
  • Spread on cocktail rye or pumpernickel bread or crisp crackers or bagel chips. Warm in microwave oven if desired.
