CREAMY BEEF AND NOODLE BAKE image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 lb. lean ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
3 c. egg noodles, uncooked
2 c. frozen mixed vegetables
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
1 c. water
1 & 1/2 Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Heat oven to 375 2. Brown meat with onions in skillet and drain. Spoon over noodles in 13x9 baking dish and cover with vegetables. 3. Whisk soup, milk, and water until well blended. Pour over vegetables. Top with cheese and cover. 4. Bake 35 minutes or until heated through, uncovering after 25 minutes.
