Steps:
- Saute shrimp and garlic in olive oil until shrimp turns pink. Add butter, cream, basil, scallions & sherry and simmer for several minutes. Serve over linguine (my favorite), angel hair or any pasta you want and top with Parmesan cheese. Lighter version: combine fat free half and half with some cream & 2-3 oz uncooked pasta per serving Lightest version yet: use all fat-free half & half & 2 oz uncooked pasta per serving
