Steps:
- Beat cream cheese, Jell-O and orange extract on medium speed until well blended and smooth.
- Gradually add milk, mixing until well blended.
- Gently stir in 8 oz. of Cool Whip. Spoon into crust.
- Allow pie to chill at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Gently spoon remaning Cool Whip on top of pie, leaving about 1 inch from the outer edge uncovered. Serve chilled.
