Creamsicle Pie image

I bake every week to bring something yummy to work for everyone. This has been a favorite and frequently requested!! Tastes just like a Creamsicle!!!

Number Of Ingredients 6

8oz pkg cream cheese, room temperature
16oz pkg cool whip, thawed
1 c orange juice
4oz pkg vanilla instant pudding
4oz pkg orange gelatin
10 in graham cracker pie crust

Steps:

  • 1. In large bowl, combine softened crea cheese and thawed cool whip; blend with mixer until creamy. Add orange juice 1/3 cup at a time and blend until creamy. Add pudding, mixing well. Sprinkle orange jello mixture onto mixture and mix until well blended and uniform in color. Pour into pie crust. Chill several hours before serving.
