We love cheddar spinach at this house. All our sons (5 and one on the way) love it too. This is an excellent side to steak or even a dip in a bread bowl.

Steps:
- 1. In a large pot, place butter, garlic, and spinach. Cook on medium to high heat. Wilt spinach until soft. You may also use frozen spinach.
- 2. Add cheese and buttermilk. Lower heat to low medium. Stir occasionally, until thickened.
- 3. Add lemon pepper salt to taste.
