A quick nutritous meal when you don't really feel like cooking. Nothing fancy, just quick and easy to make. If you don't want to make a roux you can substitute it for a cream of mushroom soup (or whichever you prefer). This can also be served over noodles or toast if you prefer.

Steps:
- Boil 4 cups of water, add rice, and set aside.
- Drain tuna and vegetables and set aside.
- In medium sauce pan, melt margerine over medium heat.
- Once melted add flour, salt, and pepper. Stir together until a paste is formed.
- With a wire whisk, add milk. Stir regularly until sauce is thickened.
- When sauce is at desired consistency, add vegetables and tuna.
- Serve sauce over rice and enjoy.
