CREAM OF AVOCADO SOUP image

2 ripe avocados
1 tablespoon lemon
1 cup vegetable stock
1/2 cup heavy cream
pepper

Steps:

  • Cut the avocado in half along the pit, and scoop out flesh with a spoon. Combine in food processor with lemon and hot broth, and add pepper. Slowly add the cream. Goes well with croutons. Enjoy your meal!
