Cream Cheese Pie image

If you like cream cheese you are going to love this pie!

Number Of Ingredients 5

8 ounce(s) pkg.cream cheese,softened
1/4 cup(s) granulated sugar
1 cup(s) heavy whipping cream,whipped
1 1/2 cup(s) crushed pineapple, drained
1 - graham cracker pie shell,baked

Steps:

  • Whip softened cream cheese and sugar together well. Whip the cream until stiff. Fold in whipped cream and then the drained pineapple. Spoon all into prepared cooled graham cracker shell. Chill at least 2 hours before serving.Sprinkle a little toasted coconut over top , if desired.
