Crawfish Casserole image

It's even better the next day!!

Number Of Ingredients 10

1/2 stick butter
1 large onion, chopped
1 large bell pepper, chopped
1 stick celery, chopped
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp parsley
1 lb crawfish tails
1 can(s) rotel tomatoes
2 c cooked rice
1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup

Steps:

  • 1. Sautee onion, bell pepper, celery, paprika and parkely in butter. Add crawfish, tomatoes, rice and mushroom soup. Cook until some juice is absorbed
  • 2. Bake in a casserole dish at 350 for 20-30 minutes
