- 1. Heat oven to 350* Melt butter over medium heat, chop garlic and sauté in butter for 1 minute. Chop tomato and add to butter & garlic along with seasonings and crawfish. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat & place in a bowl..Add cheeses & mayo. Mix well. Spread on bread and cook 10-15 minutes, then broil for a minute or two. Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with parsley. Slice and enjoy!
