CRAWFISH AND CORN SOUP image

Number Of Ingredients 7

2 lbs. of crawfish tails
2 cans cream corn or whole corn
2 lg. potatoes diced
3 c. milk or half-and-half
1 med. diced onion
1/2 bell pepper diced
2 cloves garlic

Steps:

  • Saute onions, bell peppers, and garlic in 1 stick butter. Add potatoes, corn, and milk. Cook until peppers are tender. About 20 min., add crawfish tails. Cook about 10 min. Season to taste.
