CRANBERRY SALAD image

Yield 8-12 people

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 13oz crushed pineapple
2 3oz pkg of strawberry gelatin
7 oz ginger ale
1 1lb can of whole cranberry sauce.
1 med. cool whip
1 8oz pkg of cream cheese
1/2 c pecans
1 tbsp margarine

Steps:

  • Drain pineapple. reserve the juice add water to syrup to make 1 cup of liquid. Bring this liquid to boil and add jello and ginger ale. Refrigerate mixture until partially set. Mix drained pineapple and cranberry sauce fold this into gelatin. Chill until firm. Mix cool whip and fold softened cream cheese spread over salad. Toast pecans in margarine. Spinkle over top of salad.
