CRANBERRY PEAR SPINACH SALAD-BRANDA image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 package (10 oz) spinach
2 medium pears, cored & sliced
1/2 cup craisins
1/4 cup walnuts, chapped
1/2 cup gorgonzola cheese
1/2 cup Trader Joe's pear champagne dressing

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the spinach, pear slices, craisins and walnuts. Crumble the gorgonzola cheese and add to the bowl. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat. I saved some cheese, walnuts and craisins to sprinkle on top. Also a few pear slices and a tad of dressing which I added after tossing.
