CRANBERRY ORANGE WALNUT (COW) BREAD image

Yield 1 loaf

Number Of Ingredients 14

2 C flour
1 C sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 stick butter
1/4 cup apple sauce (if no apple sauce, add 2 tablespoons of butter)
orange zest
1 teaspoon orange extract
2 large eggs
3/4 cup orange juice
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup cranberries
350 degrees for 1 hour 10 minutes

Steps:

  • mix dry and wet ingredients seperately and then combine. Add cranberries and walnuts at end. Keep mixing to a minimum.
