CRANBERRY MARSHMALLOW DESSERT image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 pound cranberries
2 cups sugar
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
16 oz mini marshmallows
1/2 cup pecans
1 pint whipping cream, whipped

Steps:

  • Process cranberries and sugar in food processor and refrigerate overnight. Next day stir in pineapple, marshmallows and pecans, then fold in whipped cream.
