Steps:
- Finely dice mangoes, onion and pepper. Heat oil in large saucepan over med low. Wehn hot add onion and pepper. Cook stirring occasionally 5-7 mins or until softened Add mangoes, cranberries, sugar, vinegar and ginger. Reduce heat to me low. Stir often gently mashing cranberries for 30 mins or until softened and chutney has a cranberry sauce like texture.
