Cranberry-Dijon Chicken image

1/2 cup whole-berry cranberry sauce
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon sugar
pepper to taste
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients except chicken in a large bowl; mix well. Add chicken; turn to coat evenly. Spray a grill pan with non-stick vegetable spray. Remove chicken from cranberry mixture; discard mixture. Grill over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes per side, until juices run clear.
